The Workshops are reflected in the Workplans for 2018 of Programs 17-0050 and 09-0031. These Workshops will be back-to-back with the Training of Trainers Workshop on the Teaching of Intellectual Property (IP) in Police Colleges of the ARIPO Member States, which will be held in Harare, Zimbabwe, on July 2 and 3, 2018, to save substantial costs related to the travels of Ms. Van Greunen. Adequate resources are available within the BRIP Division budget to cover the participation of one WIPO staff member and within the Regional Bureau for Africa for the participation of speakers, local speakers and conference facilities. The CIPA will bear all the costs relating the organization of the event. |
