The purpose of the Symposium is to discuss critical copyright issues affecting Africa, and explore ways to address copyright in the digital environment for the benefit of the right holders, users and other stakeholders.
The meeting will be attended by heads of copyright offices, collective management organizations and international organizations from the continent and regulatory authorities of member countries. The sessions will provide a valuable opportunity to network on developments relating to the copyright and related rights.
