Training Workshop on IPR Enforcement for CBI and State Police Officers |

The workshop’s capacity building objectives are to train officers of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), State police and other law enforcement agencies on the enforcement of IPRs. Dedicated officers from each State of India will gather to discuss current legislation, policy development addressing the size and seriousness of counterfeiting and piracy, as well as strategic cooperation within each State and at the federal level. The workshop will also be used to discuss the development of training tools and materials within the current legislative framework to enhance the capacity of the CBI Academy to provide effective IP training to its officers and other law enforcement agencies. |
