WIPO Technical Training Workshop for IPAS Administrators |

There are several Industrial Property Administration System (IPAS) projects under way in the Balkan region. The Industrial Property Offices (IPO) of Serbia and Albania have been using IPAS for many years but are now deploying new components and/or upgrading to the latest versions. New deployments or upgrades are being implemented in Bosnia & Herzegovina and in Macedonia. In all cases, it is necessary to raise the capacity and the knowledge of the local staff to maintain and support the system.
A technical training workshop on IPAS is proposed. The workshop is focused on strengthening the professional and technical capacities of IPOs in the balkan region to provide better support for the offices that are using or deploying IPAS. |
