In the framework of the WIPO Pilot Project “Establishment of TTO’s in the Arab Countries”, a Plan of Action has been established and a series of activities have been foreseen to be implemented in Tunisia.
The aim of the Patent Drafting Workshop is to provide strategic knowledge of the patent system and practical training on the drafting of patent applications and particularly on the different strategies of designing claims.
This WIPO Patent Drafting Workshop (Phase I) will be followed by a second Workshop in 2015 (Phase II). A two-month distance learning practice will take place after the conclusion of the two workshops. |
