The objectives of the Workshop, in line with Strategic Goal VI, are to examine the minimum standards and flexibilities contained in Part III of the TRIPS Agreement; to discuss topical issues, including consumers awareness-raising and the equitable disposal of IP infringing goods; to reflect on recent case-law developments; and to work towards effective inter-agency cooperation at the national level. |
