The specific focus of this seminar would be “The Regional and International Dimensions”. This would enable discussion of issues such as existing and nascent regional systems for GRs, TK and TCEs protection in, for example, Africa, the Andean region, the South Pacific and the Caribbean; the protection of transboundary TK and TCEs; and, other relevant international instruments and processes.
