Please refer to the attached letter of February 24, 2015, from Dr. Abdel Qudoos Alobaidli, Chairman, Emirates Intellectual Property Association (EIPA), and the Director General’s reply of March 9, 2015.
As a follow up to the Director General’s letter we wish to propose the organization of a Training of Trainers Program on Effective Intellectual Property Asset Management by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from August 16 to 18, 2015. As far as the study on IP and SMEs is concerned, we propose to address the issue after further consultations with the Arab Bureau, the Ministry of Economy, Government of United Arab Emirates and the EIPA. |
