Following the Business Expert Group (BEG) Meeting #2 held in Bridgetown in April 2015, which covered licensing and collection activities, the third meeting of the BEG will focus on distribution activities. The purpose of the meeting is to guarantee that the definition of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Connect features cover actual beneficiary needs and are compliant with existing and future business processes. +
A technical visit to the Ukrainian Agency of Copyright and Related Rights (UACRR), that will take place on September 7, 2015, and will be undertaken by Mr. Sebastien Mamy, Project Manager, Industrial Property Business Solutions Division (IPOBSD); Mr. Declan Rudden, Consultant; and Mr. Claudio Edosi from Fincons. The purpose being an on-site assessment of the actual collective management processes and the proofing of the relevance of expected WIPO Connect features; |
