In 2013 and 2014 already, WIPO organized Training of Trainers Programs (TOT) on Effective IP Asset Management by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), in cooperation with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) of Argentina.
In his letter of June 4, 2015 (copy attached), Mr. Mario Aramburo, Director of INPI, requested WIPO to assist INPI in organizing a third version of said TOTs, to be held in Buenos Aires. In her email dated June 5, 2015 (copy attached), Mrs. Graciela Adán, International and Institutional Relations Coordinator, INPI, requested that the TOT be held from August 24 to 28, 2015. |
