The main purpose of this sub-regional meeting would be:
- to discuss, in detail, the legal implications of the Madrid Protocol and its regulations; to have an overview of its legal procedures; to discuss possible considerations and a roadmap for its implementation; and
- to review the implementation of the Trademark Examination Manual and to discuss possible actions for the establishment of a sub-regional database of acceptable indications of goods and services |
