To increase the awareness of the policy makers and business community in the Republic of Moldova, in particular SMEs, on the role of innovation and intellectual property for economic growth and development of innovative services & products. It will bring together experienced experts working on innovation and intellectual property related issues, including IP in relation to access to knowledge. It will assist in establishing contacts and strengthening of public-private partnership for improving the competitiveness of the Moldovan economy.
