The proposed workshops will support the further utilization of the system by Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) examiners and the facilitation of the use of the CASE system by Thai examiners and will build up the capacities of patent examiners and the knowledge of the local staff to utilize the WIPO CASE system. Patent examiners from Japan Patent Office (JPO), Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will be also invited as foreign speakers to share their experiences in using worksharing tools to facilitate work sharing and to provide information on how to access and retrieve their dossier information. |
