The expert is hired in the context of the organization of the WIPO Regional Meeting of Directors of Industrial Property Offices of Latin American countries, which is organized in a biennial basis. The proposal for incorporating the services of an expert is made for facilitating the achievement of objectives and expected results during the said Meeting. The expert should facilitate the establishment of dynamics from the phase of preparation to the encouragement for an intense debate and the structuring of a useful final document.
