The Strategic Retreat will serve:
- to evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of the implementation of the initiatives discussed on our previous retreat;
- to undertake brainstorming related to the Program and Budget 2017-2018;
- to develop and refine the implementation of the Work Plan for 2017; and
- to strengthen team building and the creation of an increasingly positive work environment where knowledge and information is shared openly and to foster an environment of confidence within the Division; |
