TTO’s Meeting: capacity building on strengthening of innovation system infrastructure and policy for the universities and research institutions.
Fact Finding Mission: with the assistance of an international expert, deliver an objective analysis of the root causes of apparent lack of sustainability in knowledge transfer existing infrastructure and their activities in particular in respect of managing of intellectual property in public research institutions and existing TTO's in Croatia. Based on the outcome of the assessment a report and list of recommendations on how to improve existing technology transfer processes and institutional framework in Croatia and how to promote the services of SIPO in supporting this will be prepared and submitted to the Government for their consideration. Recommendations will also include a proposal on how WIPO can support this process, in the framework of the technical assistance activities in Croatia. |
