It is expected that the knowledge acquired during this study visit would contribute to: (i) the establishment of strategic objectives and implementation at short and medium term
(results-based management); (ii) the development of good practices for administrative management (simplification of the processes of granting trademark and patent rights); (iii) the design of quality control procedures for the various administrative processes of trademarks and patents; and (iv) the design of performance indicators. |
