The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania and WIPO concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 25, 2017 to collaborate in the promotion of ADR options for IP disputes in Lithuania, and to explore the potential utilization of WIPO case administration as may be appropriate. As envisaged in the MoU, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania, the Commission, and the WIPO Center will organize mediation and arbitration seminars and training programs for concerned stakeholders and neutrals.
