Based on feedbacks from trainees as well as from their offices, focused IT technical training on WIPO systems organized by the Industrial Property Office Business Solutions Division (IPOBSD) is found to be very effective. Hence, it is proposed to hold a second workshop of the kind in the region for the above mentioned IP Offices to support them improving their use of WIPO’s automation systems for better service delivery to their stakeholders.
