The workshop is offered to enhance managerial skills of senior IP officials for a better delivery of intellectual property services, including effective quality control systems.
At the end of the course, participants will understand the current and future challenges associated with managing IP offices and will be in a position to implement new techniques enabling the smooth running of an IP office, such as how to reduce backlogs, how to deliver qualitative services to stakeholders and how to introduce new services. |
