These deliverables include the institutionalization of the National Expert Group under the chairmanship of the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology; the recruitment of an international and national consultant; the identification of two development need areas namely (i) processing of seaweeds to extract carrageenan and (ii) the production of appropriate fish feeds for fish farming; and the preparation of two patent search requests for the identification of relevant technologies to address the identified development need areas. |
