(a) To announce the Enabling IP Environment Project to a wider audience in the public and private sectors;
(b) To raise awareness on the role of the patent system in accelerating the pace of technology scouting, absorption, adaptation, innovation and commercialization; and
(c) To meet with selected individuals and institutions as well as discuss on methodologies and strategies for technology transfers to different players of the innovation ecosystem.
