It is proposed that Mr. Jean-François Arrou-Vignod from the News and Media Section, Mr. Jonah Asher from the WJO and Mr. François Glatz, ICS cameraman, undertake two missions in succession, one first to Thailand (likely Bangkok,with any other locations to be determined )followed by a mission to Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam,in February 2017. Including travel time, approximately 5-7 days will be spent in each country, for a mission total of not exceeding 14 days. Every effort will be made to group the subjects closely to each other to enable quickest completion of the missions. |
