Further to the correspondence received on November 2, 2016 from Mr. René Bourgoin, Director General of the High Authority for Audiovisual Communication of Cote d’Ivoire (HACA), it is proposed that WIPO organizes jointly with HACA an international seminar on the above mentioned topic. The conference would be organized in the framework of the ongoing Ivorian Presidency of the “Réseau Francophone des Régulateurs des Médias”(REFRAM) from
