The proposed training will support the further utilization of the system by DIP new examiners and in the end time taken for examination work can be reduced and quality of search results can be improved by accessing foreign dossier information. As requested from DIP, patent examiners from European Patent Office (EPO), Japan Patent Office (JPO), Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will be also invited as foreign speakers to share their experiences in using work-sharing tools to speed up their patent examination while keeping the quality of examination and to provide information on how to access and retrieve their dossier information |
