The objective of the Forum is to discuss selected topics on IP substantive matters relevant to the specialized IP tribunals in the Latin American region, and to share national experiences in the delivery of specialized justice across the different jurisdictions
Moreover, the Forum will serve as a valuable opportunity to present and discuss the WIPO Juris IP Database, and to identify the needs and recommendations to take into consideration for the development of the new database
