Title: Expert Mission to Turkmenistan on the Elaboration of IP Strategy
Description: State Service on Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan, requested WIPO to assist in the elaboration of the National Intellectual Property Strategy of Turkmenistan (IP Strategy). In his letter of October 30, 2013 (copy attached), Mr. Annaniyazov informed that a meeting to discuss the practical issues on the elaboration of the IP Strategy will take place in Ashgabat on November 22, 2013, and requested WIPO to delegate a WIPO expert to Ashgabat in order to participate in the meeting and to review and evaluate the draft IP Strategy developed by the State Service on Intellectual Property of Turkmenistan.
