It is now proposed for your consideration to organize a mission to Kathmandu for the establishment of the TISC and related training program. The mission would entail a two-day meeting which would include policy discussions as well as intensive practical training on September 5 and 6, 2013. WIPO officials will also seize the occasion to undertake informal consultations with the relevant national institutions and organizations concerning possible follow up cooperation in the area of technological capacity building. Representatives from relevant government entities, universities and academic institutions, business and industries, research and development (R&D) organizations will be invited to this event. |
