Description: Reference is made to the letter dated September 21, 2012, from the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB), requesting the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for technical assistance in the Development of a National Intellectual Property Policy to which WIPO responded positively. During the meeting the Director General had with the Uganda Delegation in the margins of the Fiftieth Series of Meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO, in October 2012, he reiterated this position.
