As per the TOR of the external expert the review shall focus on the training activities implementated by WIPO (mainly through the Academy) in the biennia 2008-9 and 2010-11 and on the activities approved in the Program and Budget for 2012 - 4 under Program 11 and related programs. The SSA will also travel to overview training activities also in areas other than Geneva as per her TOR and WIPO will finance the cost of travel in accordance with its policy on 3rd party travel |
