The objective of the fellowship program is to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the participants on topical issues in the field of industrial property, primarily by providing them with an opportunity for independent research on subjects of their choice. During consultations with the JPO it was agreed that three fellowships would be offered in 2012 under this program, one each to Cambodia, India and Thailand. |
