The Summer School contributes to WIPO’s Expected Result 4.3 under the Medium-Term Strategic Plan (MTSP), aimed at increasing IP Knowledge and skills to all Member States. The program seeks to enable senior undergraduate and graduate students, content creators, young professionals and government officials to:
1)acquire enhanced knowledge of international intellectual property issues;
2)understand intellectual property as a catalyst for innovation and development; and
3)gain a clear understanding of WIPO’s role and functions. |
