The Workshop aims to deepen the IP knowledge acquired by selected Mongolian judges through the DL Course, and to strengthen their practical capacity in the effective adjudication of IP disputes. To this end, the Workshop will place particular emphasis on the practical application of legal principles through the examination and analysis of carefully selected case studies drawn from both domestic and international jurisprudence. |
