To establish the project’s base line by identifying and mapping the existing IP tools and knowledge among project’s beneficiaries, while assessing key needs, gaps and areas of shared interests.
ii)
To facilitate direct consultations between the project experts and beneficiaries, enabling the collection of data and other necessary information for the development of the needs assessment report / diagnostic review, as well as the planning of the subsequent phases.
iii)
To motivate and actively engage the project’s beneficiaries by raising awareness of IP tools and benefits, fostering their interest, and encouraging their meaningful participation throughout the project. |
