Following exchanges with the IPTI of the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property (INNORPI) of Tunisia, we propose to organize a Regional Conference of IPTIs of Arab Countries. The proposal would be to host the meeting onsite in Tunis, Tunisia on December 2 and 3, 2025.
This initiative seeks to provide a space for sharing experiences, good practices and strategies for IP training, while fostering alliances to strengthen the work of IPTIs in the region. It builds on the success of the regional conference for Latin American IPTIs held in June 2024 and implements its recommendation to encourage more in-person spaces at the regional and international levels. |
