The meeting comprises:
1) Meetings with local authorities to present project developments and discuss the sustainability of the results, with the Intellectual Property authorities: National Center of Registries (CNR) and the Salvadoran Intellectual Property Institute (ISPI), as well as tourism authorities: Salvadoran Tourism Corporation (CORSATUR) and the Ministry of Tourism.
2) A training program to build the IP capacities of surf-tourism sector entrepreneurs and MSMEs.
3) A workshop session of the multi-sectoral working group established under the project, aimed at strengthening capacities to support the creation and implementation of a strategy and guide for the effective use of IP in surf-related tourism sectors, which will conclude its capacity-building and consultation cycle. |
