To address the unemployment rate, particularly among fresh graduates in Nigeria,
WIPO Nigeria Office (WNO), in collaboration with the Intellectual Property for
Business Division (IPBD), launched IP SALAYE in 2023. This capacity-building
project, modeled after IP Management Clinic (IPMC) aims to empower young
Nigerian entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to start
and run successful businesses by leveraging IP rights as a business development and financing strategy. |
