- To establish the project’s base line by identifying and mapping the existing IP tools and knowledge among project’s beneficiaries, while assessing key needs, gaps and areas of shared interests. - To facilitate direct consultations between the project experts and beneficiaries, enabling the collection of data and other necessary information for the development of the needs assessment report / diagnostic review, as well as the planning of the subsequent phases. - To motivate and actively engage the project’s beneficiaries by raising awareness of IP tools and benefits, fostering their interest, and encouraging their meaningful participation throughout the project. |
