At its thirtieth session, the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP)
approved the Revised Document on Future W ebinars (CDIP/30/8 REV.), which requests the Secretariat to organize annual Webinars on Technical Assistance.
2. Based on the delivery strategy detailed in that document, at its thirty-third session, the
Committee decided that the topics of the webinars to be organized in 2025, should be:
a) Maximizing impact: Strategic Planning for Technical Assistance and Capacity
Building
The objective of this upcoming webinar is to highlight
how strategic planning lays the groundwork for
successful delivery of technical assistance and
capacity building initiatives. From identifying objectives
and stakeholders, to aligning resources and timelines,
strategic planning provides a framework to effectively
focus the allocated resources for impact.
