Description: Within the framework of the Work-Program for 2011, the Africa Bureau has made provision for an Inter regional seminar for heads of industrial property offices from African member States in China. This falls under the cooperation activities jointly organized with the State’s Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China (SIPO) in cooperation with regional organizations which provide opportunities for African countries to learn and emulate the rich intellectual property experience of China.
