This is the third/final part of the project "Development of a National IP Strategy for Viet Nam" jointly with ASPAC Bureau who is coordinating the project. Phases 1 and 2 took place in Viet Nam in 2017 (please see ASPAC ER17/1444).
Phase 3: Validation and finalization of the draft Strategy through revisions of the texts and holding a roundtable meeting with relevant ministries, government agencies and stakeholders.
As per attached email from ASPAC (attached together with approved CDD and ASPAC memos/costings under "Cost Estimate"), no ER from ASPAC for this 3rd phase needed. Therefore, this ER prepared by CDD due to CDD financing the non-staff participation of speaker Mr. Scot Morris, with mission dates June 25 and 26, 2018. |
