Reference is made to Twenty-Second Session of the above mentioned committee and the agenda item relating to presentation of progress reports on the state of implementation of the CDIP Project 17/7 “Strengthening of the Audiovisual Industry in Burkina Faso and Certain African Countries”.
In this regards, it is proposed to finance the participation of M. Dieng from Senegal,
Ms. Vieira from Côte d’Ivoire and M. Bara from Burkina Faso, respectively focal points of the project and representatives of their countries, to participate in the meeting.
Mr. Dieng will participate as vice president at the 37th Session of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights, to be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from November 26 to 30, 2018. As both meetings are very close in time, it is proposed that Mr. Dieng stay in Geneva in between the two meetings, from November 23 to November 26, 2018. DSA will be paid accordingly.
