Reference is made to the incoming request from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 26, 2018 (attached) for a study visit of two representative of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan to discuss the implementation of the Marrakesh Treaty and further accession to the Beijing treaty.
Republic of Tajikistan acceded to the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled, in July 2018.
In this regard, it is proposed to meet the above mentioned request and to organize the Study Visit to the WIPO Headquarters, to be held on February 26 to 28, 2019, for two representatives of the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan. |
