The DA Project on Cooperation on Development and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Education and Professional Training with Judicial Training Institutions in Developing and Least Developed Countries has reached its completion stage. According to the established practice, this project should be evaluated by an independent evaluator and the evaluation report should be presented to the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP). Accordingly, it is approved to hire Ms. Lois Austin (CV attached), to undertake the above-mentioned evaluation, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference. During this assignment, Ms. Austin, who resides in London, United Kingdom, will be requested to undertake interviews at WIPO Headquarters over a period of three days. In addition, she will be required to present the evaluation report at the Twenty-third session of the CDIP. |
