The objectives are to: (I) discuss and exchange views on the experiences and best practices in using WIPO's tools for development of NIPS: (ii) discuss the challenge and best practices in assisting in the implementation of NIPS; (iii) explore possible areas of improvements and updates for the existing tools; (iv) come up with specific suggestions and proposals to strengthen the methodology and tools; and (v) provide expert feedback for the elaboration of a tool on assistance on implementation strategies.
Kindly note that only the 3 ASPAC speakers will also participate in the Experts meeting on Management of IP Assets by Government Sector, on May 16 & 17, 2019.
