Title: WIPO-MCST Workshop and Seminar - Copyright-related Disputes
Description: In the context of the MoU concluded between WIPO and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) in November 2018 (FIT/KRADR), as well as related Workplan 2019, the objectives of the events are to 1) promote awareness and use in the Republic of Korea of ADR options for IP disputes in the area of copyright, and 2) to provide training for mediators with a view to identifing neutrals based in the Republic of Korea for potential appointment under ADR procedures administered by the Center.
