The seminar is organized in consultation with the WIPO Office in China at the request of Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China (SPC), in the context of the MoU concluded in April 2017 between WIPO and the SPC.
Its principle purpose is to share the Center's experience in mediation with judges from a number of China's specialized IP courts. The seminar will address, inter alia, the mechanics of IP mediation, as well as its application to court proceedings.
The seminar will be followed in the afternoon by a visit of the new IP Courts of China. |
