Reference is made to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Seminars traditionally organized by the Department for Transition and Developed Countries (TDC) jointly with Israeli universities.
Following the request from Mr. Ofir Alon, Director, Israel Patent Office (ILPO), students of Haifa and Bar-Ilan Universities, Israel will participate in the seminar on Current Issues in Intellectual Property Rights in the WIPO Headquarters, on December 11 and 12, 2019.
The Seminar will be organized in the form of a Study visit of a group of underprivileged and multi-confessional students to WIPO to learn about the work of the organization in the protection of intellectual property rights (IPRs) and to discuss recent developments and emerging issues which are being dealt with at the global scale. |
