2. To revise and validate the progress of the implementation of the digital signature project.
3. To validate the modifications introduced in the business process required for the implementation of the digital signature and paper less projects.
4. To test the new cryptographic tokens to be used for the digital signature of office documents.
5. To perform a full test of the paper less process in the areas of Trademarks and Patents.
6. To finalize the testing process of the migration of the IPAS EDMS to the Governmental Cloud.
7. To initiate the pre-production phase of the Paperless and Digital Signature projects in the area of Trademarks.
8. To assist the office in other technical issues relating to IPAS and WIPO CASE.
9. To develop the procedures to be follow in the use of the digital signature and to train the users to ensure proper adoption of digital signature. |
