Discussion with Steria and Trigyn on the IPAS support matters:
the main objectives of this mission as following:
a. To have face-to-face meetings with the support team including new team members;
b. To review operational support related working practices with Steria and Trigyn respectively;
c. To discuss and review issues that the support team are facing including inter alia communication, resources, support of additional tools (such as WIPOSCAN+, IPAS+ and if applicable, WIPOFILE and WIPO Publish).
d. To establish a communication framework between the IPAS support team and other teams notably WIPOSCAN+, IPAS+ and, if applicable, WIPOFILE;
e. To discuss issues regarding testing particularly regression testing;
f. To discuss development of automation tools for sanity check, statistics gathering, and stress tests (load balancing + clustering);
g. To discuss establishment of an IPAS (knowledge) support repository. |
